Our client is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead and expand its business in Finland. This is a unique opportunity to combine a passion for music with strategic sales, working with well-established brands across the region.

This role offers full ownership of the Finnish market, where the successful candidate will drive growth, build long-term partnerships, and play a key role in the company’s continued expansion.

With a strong presence across global markets, they specialize in creating tailored sound experiences for brands and businesses, supporting customer engagement through high-quality music solutions.

What will you do?

  • Take full responsibility for developing and growing the Finnish market

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and new business development to closing and account growth

  • Identify and approach new customers through phone outreach, networking, and in-person meetings

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts

  • Deliver presentations and pitch tailored music solutions to prospective clients

  • Drive continued development of existing customer partnerships

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales

  • Experience in B2B sales is considered an advantage

  • Previous responsibility for key accounts or management of larger clients

  • Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English (spoken and written)

  • Valid driver’s license
