Job description

We are looking for a Swedish Speaking Customer Care Agent to Gibraltar, to help us deliver a superior gaming experience to our customers. The goal is to build and improve customer value, satisfaction, and loyalty through direct customer interaction.

The successful candidate will be an outgoing, hardworking, and fun individual whose personality and skills shine the brightest at all times - this is a shift base role hence a perfect career possibility for a socially dynamic, networking and charismatic person.


Key responsibilities:

  • Answering customers enquiries via  live chat,  in a timely and professional manner and providing superior customer service
  • Escalating cases and following up with the players
  • Handling KYC documents and forwarding them to the correct department
  • Working closely with our responsible gaming team and offering RG tools to players
  • Being proactive to learn different areas of the business
  • Translations (If required)

Essential requirements:

  • Native level of Swedish
  • Fluent level of written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing skills (spelling & grammar)
  • Ability to write content in a creative and catching manner
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous customer care experience
  • iGaming experience
  • Finnish or Norwegian language skills would be a plus!
