What will you do?

Resolve issues using excellent customer service, problem-solving, and technical reasoning skills.

Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and case tracking systems with professionalism and accuracy.

Collaborate with local management, peers, and clients to ensure issue resolution meets satisfaction.

Follow agreed procedures and escalate when necessary.

Master all tools used and stay updated on products, policies, and procedures.

Maintain quality standards and correct any deficiencies promptly.

Submit required service delivery reports and provide feedback for process improvements.

Assist management with training and quality assurance plans.

Mentor new team members and provide coaching on quality expectations.

Participate in service delivery planning and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Serve as backup Team Leader when needed.
Candidate profile

Degree, diploma, or certification in any field.
-
Proficient in both English and Norwegian.

Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proactive mindset and multitasking ability.

Background in IT, Finance, or HR is a plus.

Prior customer service or call center experience (optional).

Willingness to work shifts and adapt to change quickly.

Able to thrive in high-pressure environments.
