Your Role as an International Recruiter

As an International Recruiter, you will work with the following tasks (including but not limited to):

• Being responsible for your own recruitment projects with existing customers

• Using your creativity to create eye-catching and informative job adverts

• Being active on the phone and proactively headhunting candidates using various tools and portals

• Leveraging social media to create visibility and reach out to potential candidates

• Screening applications and interviewing candidates via phone and video

• Creating candidate presentations and following up with clients throughout the process

• Matchmaking and building strong relationships with both candidates and clients

• Managing your time effectively to create structure and drive success

• Working towards weekly and monthly KPIs and budgets

To Be Successful in This Role, You Are…

• Fluent in one of the Nordic languages: Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish

• Interested in an international career and environment and enjoy working with people

• Structured and able to multitask

• A positive, solution-oriented problem solver

• A strong communicator who enjoys speaking with candidates and clients

• Goal-oriented and driven by reaching targets

• Interested in the international recruitment industry

• Adaptable to change and able to work with deadlines

• Self-driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Educated and/or experienced in a similar role, department, or industry
