Bolivia is a country located in the central of South America. It’s capital, La Paz, is the highest administrative capital of the world and is located 3500 meters above sea level. It also has a juridical capital called Sucre.
It has never been a better time to work in Bolivia than now. Their economy has seen solid growth the last year and wealth gaps are shrinking. The cost of living is relatively low and the income tax is subject to 13%. The official currency is Bolivian Boliviano which is equivalent to 0.13 Euro.
Even though Spanish is widely spoken in Bolivia, there are 37 official languages in Bolivia. Bolivia doesn’t have a coast, but by the border of Peru lays lake Titicaca, the largest lake in South America. Other things to explore are for example Salar De Uyuni, a lake clear as a mirror, and Palacio de Sal, a real salt hotel!
