Your responsibilities as an Operations Manager

  • Manage service delivery and daily operations of allocated Team(s)
  • Provide direction and drive high client satisfaction though robust planning & execution; managing timely and quality deliverable
  • Collaborate with operations and enabling functions across geographies and ensure all customer requirements & organisation mandates are met in timely, compliant manner

Requirements

  • Basic Understanding of Financial Markets and Instruments
  • Develop and maintain win-win conversation and partner with the client by being reliable and dependable
  • Effective communication is a key essential
  • Lead/ participate in client and internal stakeholder meetings with operational updates and directions
  • Understand bottlenecks in plan execution and propose solutions to client or internal teams proactively
  • Manage weekly/monthly governance review meetings with client and manage all key stake holders
  • Foster a great relationship with management, teams and client partners
  • Exhibit understanding of quality principles including Lean/ six sigma concepts and leverage techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage conflicts within teams or any stakeholders and keep the project goals on track by creating positive win-win outcomes
  • Demonstrate proficiency to define the scope, estimate, plan, monitor and review projects to closure as per expctations
  • Carry out performance dicussions and set aspirational goals for self and teams aligned to engagement objectives
  • Work on active succession plan inorder to set sustainable operating model
