What will you do?
Support customers by delivering top-tier service and assistance
Handle administrative tasks associated with service operations
Resolve order-related incidents effectively
Assist with inquiries and issues during the purchasing process
Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to different environments
Candidate profile
Native or near-native in Norwegian (C2)
Good oral and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge from a user’s perspective
Experience in face-to-face or contact center customer service is a plus
Customer-oriented, adaptable, and dynamic personality
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently
