We are looking for an engaged and structured HR Coordinator to join our team in Tønsberg. This position is perfect for someone who wants to further develop broad HR expertise, work closely with managers and employees, and actively contribute to organizational changes — both locally and in collaboration with international departments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Handle HR-related inquiries and employee relations.

Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR matters.

Take regional responsibility for implementing and following up on HR policies.

Contribute to change processes and organizational development.

Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of personnel data.

Be responsible for monthly payroll input by following up on time registration.

Assist in conflict resolution when needed.
-
Provide HR support across markets and ensure compliance with local routines and guidelines.

Collaborate with employee representatives and follow up on collective agreements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
-
Minimum bachelor's degree in HR, organizational psychology, administration, or equivalent.

2–5 years of relevant HR experience.

Solid knowledge of Norwegian labor law and HR regulations.
-
Experience with international organizations and matrix structures is a plus.

Experience with collective agreements and union collaboration is an advantage.

The ability to analyze data and prepare HR reports.
