What will you do?
Provide customer support to Danish clients via phone, email, and chat.
Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Candidate profile
Fluent in Danish, with working knowledge of English.
Strong desire to relocate to Portugal.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Calm under pressure and capable of multitasking.
Open, positive, and adaptive personality.
