Tasks:

- Incoming customer inquiries, mainly via telephone and e-mail
- Each agent works in their own language (Danish) + English
- Place orders
- Inquiries about products
- Find the product
- Collect and provide feedback
- Check order status
- Setting up returns, checking the status of returns and refunds, assisting with refunds
- Handling consumer complaints
- Provide technical support to users
- Schedule callbacks and make outgoing calls

Claim:

- Native language level in Danish and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service/technical support and/or similar experience
- Ability to take in detailed information
- Adapt by working with ambiguity
- Strong comprehension skills (adaptive writing, active reading)
- Ability to stay positive and project optimism - Adaptability to new and ever-changing needs
- Enjoys the gadget culture and stays up to date on the consumer electronics industry
- Strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated sales and/or customer service success
