What will you do?
Respond to incoming customer inquiries and document case information
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
Escalate issues according to established procedures
Collaborate with specialists to resolve cases
Manage your personal case queue
Follow management directives and provide feedback
Contribute to brand engagement
Candidate profile
Excellent command of Swedish and fluent in English (B2)
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken formats
Ability to simplify technical information for non-technical users
Patience in communication and problem-solving
Integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
Interest in smart home products and tech trends
Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player
