As a Solution Specialist on the team, you will:

  • Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities by collaborating with sales agents and partner connection managers

  • Present value propositions and differentiation that align with the client’s business goals and IT initiatives, based on your expertise in solution selling and cloud-based sales

  • Provide technical product overviews and insights relevant to customer needs and use cases

  • Increase technical acumen by offering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud

  • Review and confirm implementation requirements and pricing estimates as needed, ensuring customers receive accurate projections of expected costs for new requested services

  • Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers via Teams

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele-team with potential customers

  • Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions across the center on specialized topics

 

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English

  • 3–6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development

  • Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions

  • Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance, and how they fit into cloud and hybrid solutions (preferred)

  • Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning

  • Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solution design, migration, and governance

  • Strong understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging data trends

  • Minimum basic certification required upon entry; L200 certification preferred

  • Proven track record of high performance and goal achievement

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role

  • Success-driven, team-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment
