What you’ll be doing:

• Contact potential clients via phone and email

• Own and manage your sales pipeline end-to-end

• Consult small and medium-sized businesses in the Norwegian market

• Build tailored sales strategies for your client portfolio

• Track, report, and optimize performance against targets

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in sales

• Fluent Norwegian and a good command of English

• Competitive mindset with strong motivation to win

• Proven ability to identify opportunities and close business

• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

• Team player who enjoys working in an international, multicultural environment

• Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Strong problem-detection and problem-solving skills

• EU passport
