Account Manager – Luxury Lifestyle & Travel | Remote (Norway) | Part-time (20–25h/week)

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between the company and its regional business partners. Your mission: build strong partnerships, drive performance, and help shape innovative luxury experiences for our high-net-worth clientele. You’ll manage partner programs, lead marketing initiatives, negotiate agreements, and analyze performance to ensure continuous success.


What You’ll Do:

Strategic Account Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for business partners, offering proactive support and ensuring smooth day-to-day collaboration.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with partner goals.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and track actionable insights.

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to align strategies with partner objectives.

Partnership Development & Growth

  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities in the region.

  • Negotiate win-win agreements that deliver measurable results.

  • Stay ahead of luxury travel trends to ensure Ten’s offerings remain innovative and desirable.

Marketing & Communication

  • Lead marketing initiatives, newsletters, and digital campaigns that highlight partner offerings.

  • Approve and oversee promotional content to meet program success metrics.

Performance & Reporting

  • Analyze account data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Deliver clear, insightful reports to partners and internal stakeholders.


Your Key Competencies:

  • Languages: Professional fluency in Norwegian and English (Swedish or Danish is a plus)

  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at connecting with people and maintaining trust-based partnerships.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

  • Client-Focused: Always thinking about how to add value to partners and clients.

Desired Experience

  • Proven experience in account or relationship management, ideally in luxury lifestyle, travel, or hospitality.

  • Strong CRM skills and data-driven approach to partnership management.

  • Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving, creating value for all parties.

  • Understanding of high-end customer expectations and luxury markets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
