What will you do?
Establish contact with German-speaking clients via phone to offer them the option of hiring a consumer insurance;
Offer product and service information, assisting customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution;
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues accurately and efficiently;
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding;
Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
Candidate profile
Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required;
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus;
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach;
Ability to work independently and in a team;
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills;
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus).
