Do you want to work in the airline industry and support passengers with their travel needs? Our client is looking for Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their team in Warsaw!

Join the team and provide outstanding customer service for a leading Nordic airline. You'll receive comprehensive training and a relocation package to support your move to Poland. After 6–9 months of office-based work, you'll have the option to switch to a hybrid model.

What will you do?

  • Perform inbound calls and chats in Danish

  • Advise partners on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services

  • Change reservations (time and destination) and update personal data

  • Handle special service requests (wheelchairs, animals, special assistance)

  • Manage ticket cancellations and refunds

  • Assist customers with airline ticket purchases and payment methods

  • Support passengers with travel difficulties

Candidate profile

  • Danish proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written)

  • English at B2 level

  • Excellent technical skills (MS Office, internet browsers, general computer skills)

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills

  • Prior experience in customer service and CRM tools is an advantage

Employer offers

  • Work for the largest Nordic 5-star airline

  • Full-time employment contract: initial 3-month probation, extension based on performance

  • Paid 2-month training (Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:30)

  • Shift work: Monday–Friday (07:00–19:00), weekends (09:00–18:00) with two weekends per month

  • Salary: 11,000 PLN gross
