Work as a Social Media Community Manager for Luxury Car Brand in Maastricht!
In the office in Maastricht, our client thinks and acts globally and assumes a leading role for the Customer Assistance Centers all over the world. Their goal is to provide excellent assistance to customers and dealers of well-known brands 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, they ensure their customers’ mobility with their roadside assistance. Additionally, they take care of all kinds of enquiries about passenger cars and vans during their opening hours. Our client makes an effort to listen to their customers. To know their "likes" and "dislike", to understand their interest and concerns, who they are, what they care about and what they do.
Our client is driven to perfection not only because they know our audience but also because they perfectly understand the specific nature of each of the social media channels. The company is able to change and adopt the tone of voice between the platforms to engage with followers and generate social conversations.
The followers can get in touch with our client via Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and many more channels. For the international team of Social Media Community Managers they are now looking for a new colleague native Swedish and proficient in English! Knowledge of any other language will be a benefit.

Experience with Social Media Marketing, journalism or blogging is appreciated.
