Summer job – Customer Support via chat, email, and social media for a streaming service! We are hiring Nordic speakers to support their own language market for 2 months: From 1st of July, until 31st of August! Are you the one?
The Customer Support Representative will work from home these two months, so if you already have BSN number in the Netherlands and are living there, how about a summer job opportunity for followers of a big happening in the world?
Main responsibilities:
Receive and handle Nordic speaking customer requests by chat, email, twitter and other social media
Function as an ambassador for the streaming service
Collection and maintenance of customer data
Clarification of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements
Work on requests and comments via the streaming services Social Media channels
Requirements
Complete fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish or Danish) on a native speaking level
Experience in customer service, communications or similar roles
Good knowledge of current social media channels (Facebook, Twitter etc.)
Passion for community management and digital affinity
Excellent communication & inter-personal skills

Hourly pay and finishing bonus (1st of July until 31st of August)
