We are looking for bilingual Ukrainian and Russian-speaking people who want to work with customer service in beautiful Lithuania. The office is in Kaunas, but you can work from home from other cities in Lithuania. Are you looking for new career opportunities and at the same time gain valuable international experience? The Role

  • Provide assistance to customers via several different channels in Russian, Ukrainian and English (live chat and telephone)
  • Contribute to a dynamic and extremely fast growing team

In this position you will:

  • Understanding what an exceptional customer service is and striving to maintain it’s standards
  • Prioritize customers, always willing to help others
  • Can write and speak in Ukrainian (B2 level)
  • Can write and speak in Russian (B2 level)
  • Can write and speak in English (B2 level, will be needed for training)
