Now they are looking for a Norwegian Customer Support (native) to join the team and make your own contribution to their products.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
- Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
- Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
Experience and qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal Norwegian and English skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in multitasking environment
- Experience working with customer support would be a plus.
