Job description

We are now looking for an HR Business Partner for our client in Bucharest, Romania! Are you a strong individual with 3-4 years experience in HR and a similar role? Then we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting business strategy with HR actions;
  • Partner with senior leadership and Management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices;
  • Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching;
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs;
  • Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
  • Comprehensive coordination of assessment processes.
  • Monitoring the level and causes of retention, preparing monthly reports with justification;
  • Supporting HR Manager in the investigation all disciplinary cases;
  • Supporting the HR Manager in implementing the internal employer branding policy;

  • Mode of work: on-site
  • Open to travel (from time to time to our office in Sibiu)
  • English advance level (C1)
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in similar roles in BPO environment
