Head of Acquisition to Casino and Sportsbook product with native support for crypto!

Key responsibilities:
Lead the execution of the brand’s acquisition strategies for the Casino and new Sportsbook.
Onboard your network of affiliates based on the target markets of our brand
Nurture and manage existing affiliate relationships to ensure optimization of any existing deals.
Identify and onboard new high potential traffic channels that will drive value for the business.
Work with the inhouse conversion rate optimization specialist to analyze sources and player funnels and make recommendations based on the findings.
Develop insights based on data that will focus on optimizing ROI.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
Create weekly and monthly reports that monitor sources performance and support in the decision-making process for the team.
Manage the team to ensure they are hitting acquisition targets and increasing ROI.
Attend affiliate conferences and other industry events in order to increase our network of contacts.
Requirements/Advantages:
Network and portfolio of existing affiliates
Experience in some of the following markets is a requirement, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany, Canada and Finland
Strong sales and negotiating skills
In-depth knowledge of the iGaming Industry
Effective reporting skills
Excellent excel knowledge
A second language relevant to our target markets is a big plus
Crypto experience is also a plus
