Tasks

  • Carrying out outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers and promoting the company's products, services and offers
  • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
  • Work closely with the CRM team in relation to the campaigns we are running in the Finnish Market
  • Reporting of activities and results
  • Conduct customer and marketing surveys
  • Be able to support the customer in other issues when needed
  • Work closely other relevant stakeholders within the group
  • Be responsible for outbound calls in the Finnish Market

 

Qualifications

  • Be able to think proactively and speak to each customer as an individual
  • Excellent phone etiquette and demeanor is required
  • Results Driven with a motivation for sales
  • Good level of written and verbal skills in Finnish is required as well as a native level of Finnish
  • A minimum of 6 months experience from a high volume call center with a strong emphasis on outbound sales/service calls is a plus.
  • Experience from customer support is considered valuable.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to manage your time effectively
  • Clear thinking with the ability to take initiatives and solve problems
