Job description

We are looking for an Economy, Business Administration, and/or HR student for an exciting opportunity as an Admin & Finance Intern in a fast-growing international recruitment agency! The ultimate dream job for a final-year student who wants to build a career while finishing up their studies. This is an internship position to join our international environment at one of our offices, either in Oslo, Norway or Malaga, Spain.

The position involves supporting our Finance Manager and HR with daily tasks like invoicing, payroll, HR related questions and documentation.

What you will be doing

We are a group consisting of a parent company and 2 sister brands with bases in Norway, Estonia, Spain, Malta and Lisbon.  Your job will be very important to keep the economy and administration together for our further growth worldwide. You will handle economy- and business administration-related tasks together with our head of Finance & HR Controller, Business Support team and other colleagues. We offer a dynamic workplace with a variety of tasks. Therefore, it is extremely important that you are flexible and have a great work ethic.

Your role will be diverse and may involve the following: accounting, payroll, financial statements, reporting, HR tasks, and more.

Here are some further details about the tasks:

  • Support with salaries, Invoicing, bookkeeping etc
  • Prepare, send out and compile meeting documents and/or minutes
  • Mail/document handling, scanning invoices, administrational tasks
  • Educate current and future Managers in important tasks
  • Administratively relieve the company's management
  • Help in the hiring process and registration of new employees 
  • Contact person for suppliers, accountants and auditors regarding economy and administration internationally

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Accurate and structured

  • Willing to learn more about local laws and restrictions in different countries 
  • Positive and has a winning attitude and mindset
