Job description

You will be the main point of contact with customers via live chat and email making sure that you:

  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customers’ issues and queries.
  • Keep up to date with products terms, offerings, and functions.
  • Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments.
  • Perform first-step investigations on queries and issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English is required.

Any other language considered a plus.
