Do you want to take ownership of digital content and performance in an international online environment? We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager to work remotely while being based in Malta.

In this role, you will shape and optimize digital content across channels, contributing directly to brand visibility, user experience, and conversion performance in a fast-growing and creative environment.

What will you do?

• Create and manage content for social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram

• Develop and optimize digital content with a strong focus on SEO, UX, and CRO

• Create and manage digital publications including landing pages, guides, blog articles, and newsletters

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools

• Manage content across on-page, off-page, and social media channels

• Collaborate with marketing management on content and content marketing strategy

• Continuously optimize content with a focus on conversion, usability, relevance, and competitiveness

Candidate profile

• Degree in communication, media studies, marketing, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience

• Proven experience in SEO, content creation, and/or social media

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms

• Excellent editorial skills with strong attention to grammar and structure

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Confident user of MS Office and digital marketing tools

• Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar

• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented working style

• High level of self-management and reliability
