Do you want to work with technical support while developing your customer service and soft sales skills? Our client is looking for Norwegian-speaking candidates to join their team in Warsaw, Poland!

Become part of a growing team providing 1st and 2nd line support to customers in an on-site setting. From resolving billing and technical issues to engaging in soft sales, this role offers a varied and rewarding experience.

What will you do?

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to customers

  • Troubleshoot billing and technical issues

  • Deliver excellent customer service via multiple channels

  • Engage in soft sales by recommending products and services

  • Meet assigned sales and customer satisfaction targets

  • Maintain professional communication in Norwegian and English

  • Work full-time across flexible shifts, including some weekends

Candidate profile

  • C1 level proficiency in Norwegian, strong B2 level in English

  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability

  • Comfortable with soft sales and meeting sales targets

  • Confident communicator with persuasive abilities

  • Financially prepared to relocate to Poland

  • Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends

Employer offers

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week, Mon–Sun shifts)

  • On-site work in a modern Warsaw office

  • 3-month probation followed by a 12-month contract

  • Relocation package: Flight tickets + 1 week hotel stay (twin room)
