Join the customer service team of a major airline and assist passengers with bookings, flight changes, terminal information, and more. This position is on-site in Warsaw and includes a relocation package covering your flight and one week of shared accommodation.

What will you do?
Assist customers with booking issues and inquiries
Support customers in rescheduling flights
Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, terminals, and procedures
Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with company standards
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries
Communicate clearly and professionally in Norwegian
Candidate profile
Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Warsaw
Comfortable using computers and navigating digital tools
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
