Travel Consultant - German speaking
Are you passionate about travel and exceptional customer service? Our client is looking for a dedicated and service-minded Travel Consultant to join their German team in Tallinn. In this role, you will guide customers through their travel planning, identify sales opportunities, and help create memorable experiences for travelers worldwide.

Their operations extend across some of the world’s most unique destinations, and the Tallinn office has been active for over ten years. The local team consists of more than 200 professionals from over 40 nationalities, all united by a shared passion for travel and service excellence.
What will you do?

Provide high-quality customer service through inbound and outbound communication channels

Understand customer needs and convert inquiries into bookings

Manage customer information accurately in CRM and booking systems

Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction

Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals

Participate in ongoing training and development activities
Candidate profile
-
Fluent in German (C1 level or higher) and proficient in English

Experience in travel consulting, customer service, or sales roles

Motivated by achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional service

Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and international environment
