About the role
In your role with our customer, you will treat their client, which is a Swedish-founded leading e-commerce company that provides payment solutions. As a support agent, you will handle incoming calls from their customers to help them with cases surrounding their e-commerce account.
Your ability to put yourself in the customer's situation and then find a suitable solution according to the customer's needs is an important part of your daily work. The service you provide facilitates the customer's experience and contributes to the overall customer experience of your customer.
You will be an important part of the company's face when the customer approaches customer service with their questions. The work is mainly done via incoming phone calls and emails, but chat can also occur.
Daily tasks include:
• Answer customer calls
• Provide customers with high-class service
• Manage customer-related cases • Strive to achieve your daily KPIs related to customer satisfaction, efficiency and quality
Who are we looking for?
In this role, we are looking for people who are sociable, ambitious, and motivated by helping customers. Furthermore, you like to work in a workplace with fast pace, fast changes and good team spirit where the good community permeates the entire office
In this process, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. Our only requirement is that you have completed upper secondary school, have Finnish as your main language, know English and have a pure criminal record.
