About the company Our client is an online marketing agency specializing in consumer advertising, customer support, loyalty management, and data analysis. What will you do?
Act as a Brand Ambassador through outbound calls, texts, and emails to existing customers
Promote campaigns and marketing activities to maximize user engagement
Monitor client performance and take proactive measures to improve customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to increase customer activity and conversion
Provide ongoing feedback and participate in internal training
Candidate profile
You hold a valid European passport
You are fluent in Finnish and English
You have outbound sales experience
Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
You are flexible with working hours and capable of handling pressure
Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
