Are you looking to develop your international career? We’re looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to Warsaw, Poland!

Job tasks

What will you do?

  • Customer Service and Disputes activities related to returns and queries requests from the customers over the phone or via e-mail
  • Validation of contractual agreements related to Disputes and Returns process
  • Order management and returns management activities in SAP
  • Coordination of returns and disputes process with internal teams and spare parts vendors
  • Ensures resolution of queries within the contractual metrics

Qualifications

What do we expect?

  • Very good English and Danish min. B2  
  • Microsoft Office package knowledge; Excel, Word, PowerPoint   
  • Preferably experience in customer service  
  • Well established analytical skills, time and priorities management 
  • Agility to learn fast and work in dynamic, ever changing environment 
  • Experience in working with SAP would be an asset
