What Will You Work With?

Your role will involve customer support via incoming phone calls, emails, and chats. You will analyze financial issues like bank transfers and online purchases, providing efficient, engaging, and clear solutions to both simple and complex challenges. Your goal will be to meet customer needs with a positive and solution-oriented attitude. Please note that this position does not involve upselling.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is at least 18 years old.
  • Is fluent in Norwegian and English (spoken and written).
  • Has basic computer skills.
  • Is service-oriented, professional, and detail-focused, while also being responsible, goal-oriented, stress-resilient, and enjoys problem-solving.
  • Is flexible, available, and ready to work for at least 12 months in Crete.
