What will you do?
Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, or email
Deliver solutions with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with your team to improve processes and performance
Contribute to an inclusive, positive team culture
Prioritize customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries efficiently
Handle support cases via client systems and tools
Meet agreed service levels and performance targets
Complete all onboarding and training requirements
Support continuous improvement and share feedback
Assist with tasks related to customer support delivery
Candidate profile
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
A natural problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset
High attention to detail and quality
Adaptability and openness to learning new tools and platforms
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
A proactive and curious attitude
Good time management and multitasking ability
Native-level Norwegian and strong English skills
Previous experience in customer service or support (min. 1 year preferred)
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
Ability to handle fast-paced, dynamic work environments
Willingness to work night shifts
Located in Málaga or abroad with full remote availability
