What You’ll Do

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across phone, email, video, and social media

  • Engage clients throughout all stages of the sales funnel, from first contact to handover

  • Identify and connect with alternative decision-makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and other lead-generation methods

  • Actively manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline, driving prospects through each stage

  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Qualify leads and hand them over smoothly to the onboarding team

  • Track and report daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics

  • Follow defined response-time SLAs and required sales cadences

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve shared goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or digital environments

  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies

  • Proven ability to identify high-potential opportunities and grow customer value over time

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

  • Digital advertising knowledge is a plus
