Are you a results-driven professional with experience in hotel partnerships, travel product development, or the hospitality/travel tech industry? We are now hiring a Development & Key Account Manager in Budapest!

About the Company

We are a fast-growing international online travel business specializing in short-term hotel breaks across Europe. With the mission “Everybody Deserves a Break” and the vision to become the leading European provider of top hotel offers, we focus on value-driven hotel partnerships, AI-powered marketing, and customer-centric solutions.

Your Role

You’ll manage and expand your own hotel portfolio, negotiating competitive bundled holiday offers, and driving business growth across Europe. You’ll be part of a dynamic, high-performing team, responsible for the hotel portfolio in the French market.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, negotiate, and close deals with new and existing hotel partners.

  • Develop and execute growth campaigns to expand hotel offerings.

  • Manage contracts, content, and offers via our CRM system.

  • Drive key account management, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

  • Participate in daily planning meetings, tracking KPIs and results.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in sales, purchasing, or key account management (preferably in travel/hospitality).

  • Proven track record of success in negotiations and business growth.

  • Strong relationship management, analytical, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent English and French.

  • Driver’s license required.
