Our client in the tech industry is looking for their new Customer Support Specialist for their offices in Malaga, Spain!
The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) is primarily focused on providing a highly personalized, customer-centric service experience for our client’s end customers.
What does the role entail?
This position includes technology onboarding/product walk throughs, software and hardware configuration, Internet-of-Things (IoT) setup, and troubleshooting, among other services. Your tasks may include handling incoming and outgoing calls to and from customers, recognizing customer needs or issues, and providing helpful solutions to their challenges. Document and record all activity and communication with customers via phone and email in the relevant client database. Support may be provided through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, etc. Participate in technical and soft skills training. CSS is expected to provide our customers with an excellent Customer Experience from A to Z (full training is provided).
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/support is an advantage.
Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically across all necessary channels.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Must be patient and flexible, with the ability to quickly analyze a problem, develop and implement a solution, and educate the customer.
Computer literate.
Ability to remain calm when working under pressure.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT score).
Productivity/calls/chat sessions per hour.
Average call interruption rate.
