Vanessa, originally from Portugal, began her career in Clinical Psychology, which laid the foundation for her seamless transition into the dynamic field of recruitment. She joined our team in 2018 in Oslo, bringing with her a decade of experience and a deep understanding of the international recruitment industry.
Her expertise spans the entire recruitment process, from A to Z, and she is known for her professionalism and structured approach.
Vanessa's journey has seen her excel as a Recruiter, evolve into a Training Manager, and now, she plays a vital role as our HR Manager.
In her current role, Vanessa oversees HR operations for our company, which has expanded its reach to six countries and includes remote colleagues worldwide.
