Tell us about yourself briefly:
I am Swedish but have been living in Norway since 2009. I love sports, business, travelling, teambuilding, and new challenges. I don´t believe that the glass is half full or half empty. I think that you can always find new ways to fill up the glass. In other words, I am very solution oriented.
Three facts about you:
1. I am very Goal orientated,
2. I take pride in the success that has come but still remain humble,
3. I have founded a Football Academy in Gambia that is still active.
Tell us a little about your hobbies:
I love to travel, to see new places and explore other cultures. I also like sports and people development. On the side from building this company with fantastic colleagues, I´m the national coach for Team Norway in Men´s floorball.
You work with recruitment, could you tell us more about your career?
I started as a Sales Manager back in 2010. I worked myself up to various positions and companies. I ended my last two jobs, before founding NJW, as an employee in the management. I learnt a lot from those experiences regarding strategies and how to set up a company. Together with partners I built up a temporary-staffing company, I was simultaneously starting to build NJW. Five years later we have offices and clients all over Europe, I am very proud of that journey. The company is built with organic growth, stone by stone.
What has been your favourite travel destination so far and where would you go next?
I have loved to travel to Gambia, the smiling coast of Africa. I also enjoy travelling in Asia and exploring different countries. My dream would be to “travel” on a Swedish history hunt. It would be amazing to explore former settlements in St Barths, Argentina, Ukraine etc.

I founded the company
What are your plans for the future?
The vision for the company is mentioned on the website. The next goal is to have 100 employees and 10 million Euros in yearly Revenue. The most important thing is to have fun on the way. My own plan is to continue develop and learn new things both in business and private.
What is the most extreme thing you have ever done in life or want to do in the future?
I travelled all over Africa myself with my Project Football Hero, that was extreme. I´m not an extreme sports person and doing the Swedish history hunt would be extreme enough for me, learning how to Kite surf would also be cool.
