We are looking for Fundraisers/Customer Service Agents who can keep a cool head even if you have a lot on your hands.
Our client is a dynamic office with other Scandinavians and part of the Denmark-based TMPO branch with departments in Denmark, Spain and Berlin, Germany.
They put a great virtue in giving our customers' customers the best experience - every time!
They do not give up until the customer is satisfied and feels sufficiently helped.
This job opening also involves doing fundraising for well acclaimed NGO’s.
To provide this level of service, they require that their employees are good at talking to all sorts of different people in a calm and pleasant tone, although there may often be a need to multitask and process several different inquiries at more or less at the same time. Successful fundraising will sometimes require that you can put a little pressure on those you talk to and that you like to use your skills to convince another person. Experience however, with customer service and/or fundraising is a plus, but not a requirement as they will teach you the required skills on site.

Your job is to handle incoming call, communicate with clients on social media and doing fundraising in Swedish-speaking!
Contract: full-time (Approx. 40hrs)
Location: Kreuzberg, Berlin
