This role can be based in London, Vienna, Gibraltar or Sofia and we also offer relocation packages for anyone open to moving to one of these locations.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Acquisition Manager to manage and report on our digital acquisition activities, as well as ensure all digital initiatives support the overall marketing strategy.
This includes creating and delivering weekly reports on performance, running monthly performance meetings, and establishing ways of working that will improve ROI on all campaigns.

This role focuses not just on reporting actual performance but also drafting suggestions for increased effectiveness in terms of resource and budget allocation.

What will the role involve?

  • You will be the owner of the strategy of our digital acquisition campaign with a clear focus on paid social media campaigns, programmatic and their KPIs.
  • Run monthly performance reviews with all labels and to identify underperforming channels and campaigns.
  • Work closely with all budget holders to identify areas of improvement in terms of budget allocation.
  • Work with the Managers to define and deliver channel targets, FTD and CLV targets that can be monitored and measured.
  • Support the implementation of better tracking and monitor the performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring that results inform future decision making.
  • You are responsible for the development of your team and ensure that they are working towards our KPIs. 
  • Work with the business intelligence teams in creating and continuously developing a performance reporting suite that will ultimately become real-time.
  • Support the CRM team and their set goals by setting up re-targeting campaigns on social media and programmatic.

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Social across Facebook and Snapchat.
  • Great presentation skills. Experience of demonstrating these skills in a similar role is essential.
  • Able to demonstrate a genuine passion and in-depth knowledge of a variety of sports and gaming products.
  • Experience of working with reporting tools, such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Quickview, DCM floodlight, etc. 
  • Fluent English speaker with preferred fluency in one more language - German, French or Dutch
  • Familiar with attribution models across digital marketing.
