Main responsibilities:
Providing support in Swedish by email and Live chats;
Processing with great attention to details and content;
Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken;
A proactive person with good support/sales skills;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Attention to detail;
Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
