Your Responsibilities
Assist customers by phone, email, or chat
Document each customer interaction and the solution provided in the system
Resolve cases within deadlines and meet performance goals
Escalate urgent cases to your lead when needed
Work both independently and in a team
Deliver excellent customer service and meet quality standards
Be available and active during scheduled hours
Follow KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and more
Take part in training and contribute to team improvements
What We're Looking For
Near-native Norwegian (C1+) and solid English (B2+ minimum)
Previous customer support experience is a plus
Confident using computers and handling multiple systems
Friendly, positive, and motivated team player
Willingness to work in shifts or part-time (as legally allowed)
For written roles: Strong writing in Norwegian and 50+ WPM typing speed
Clean background check and minimum age of 18
