Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Lithuanian-speaking Quality Analyst to enhance employee coaching programs, monitor procedures, and identify improvement areas or non-conformity issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and review CSR calls daily.
  • Feedback Delivery: Provide constructive feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborative Meetings: Discuss monitoring results with supervisors and team managers.
  • Monthly Planning: Develop and execute a monthly call monitoring plan.
  • Training Feedback: Inform the training department of monitoring issues.

Requirements

  • Native or proficient in Lithuanian (C2) and good English (B2+).
  • Strong feedback and communication skills.
  • Logical and objective call assessment approach.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece.
  • At least 3 months of call center experience.
