Employee Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work in customer service assisting Finnish-speaking customers by handling incoming contacts
  • Maintain the company’s reputation in every interaction
  • Work efficiently via phone, chat, and email
  • Address various customer problems and questions with a positive attitude
  • Investigate various errors and issues
  • Occasionally up-sell additional services to customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent Finnish language skills and good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Interest in customer service
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Readiness to work in varying shifts
  • Willingness to relocate abroad
