What will you do?
Supervise daily operations of a call center team, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and performance standards
Coach and support team members to achieve individual and team goals
Monitor performance, implement improvement plans, and take corrective actions when necessary
Handle escalated customer calls and provide subject matter expertise
Conduct regular team meetings and facilitate effective communication
Stay updated on internal processes, policies, and procedures
Promote company values and create a motivating team environment
Candidate profile
Proven experience as a Team Leader
Previous experience in a BPO environment is an advantage
Fluency in Danish (C2) and English (B2 or higher)
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, Monday–Sunday, between 7:00 am and 8:30 pm, from the Warsaw office
