Join a Leading FinTech in Riga as a Danish Quality Analyst
We’re seeking a Danish-speaking Quality Analyst with 2+ years of customer service experience for our client in Riga, a leading FinTech company known for innovation and customer-focused IT solutions.

Your Role As a Quality Analyst, your tasks will include:
Checking the quality of calls and emails.
Giving feedback to customer service agents to help them improve.
Sharing reports about quality results with the team.
Organizing team discussions about performance and improvements.
Supporting agents during busy times.
What We’re Looking For
Native or near-native Danish (CEFR C1) and good English (B1+).
At least 2 years of customer service experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
