We are looking for a service-minded and dedicated Danish-speaking team member to join our client’s support team.

Do you want to be part of a dedicated team where you help people and solve diverse challenges every day? Then you might be the one we’re looking for! You’ll join a close-knit, informal team of five colleagues who work together to provide the best support for our self-employed consultants across Europe.

About the Job

In this role, you will primarily handle inquiries from our Danish users via phone, email, and chat. You’ll assist with everything from invoice processing and salary payments to credit assessments, tax deductions, and VAT. You’ll play a vital role in our mission: making it easy and secure for freelancers to focus on what they do best – all while developing your own skills and learning new things every day.

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Invoice processing and salary payouts

  • Reviewing invoices and agreements

  • Participating in customer meetings

Who We’re Looking For

  • Ideally has a bachelor’s degree (not required), preferably in administration or finance, or a relevant upper secondary education

  • Has experience in customer service and/or administrative work

  • Speaks and writes fluent Danish and English

  • Is solution-oriented and takes responsibility

  • Has strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude

  • Works in a structured and detail-oriented manner

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a positive mindset

  • Are confident communicating in Danish
