Job description

We are looking for Swedish-speaking sales project managers in content marketing for our client's office in Amsterdam!

In the role of Junior Sales and campaign manager, you are responsible for a theme-focused cross-media campaign for eight weeks at a time. You run the campaign as your own business -- from idea to finished product. The focus is on sales, but you will also act as an advisor in content marketing and project manager with your own responsibility. In other words, it's a varied job. The phone becomes your most important tool and sales are made to companies all over Sweden.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

This content marketing agency was founded 9 years ago as a small media sales company with the dream of becoming the largest content agency in Europe. Since then they have created successful content campaigns in six countries, have 50+ employees and work with the leading experts, media partners and distribution channels on the market.

The dreams don't end here! They continue to grow and want to do this together with people who are passionate about smart distribution solutions, quality content, professional sales funnels and long-term customer relationships. The foundation of the success, just like 9 years ago, is spreading the stories of our customers by concluding exclusive agreements with the largest media houses, producing high-quality content and distributing it in a creative and attractive way through the leading media channels to inspire the target audience.

About the Junior Campaign Manager role

At this company you work in a sales team with 20-25 Campaign Managers, with a mixed background and experience. Together you offer distribution solutions online and in print through media. You have the majority of your daily contacts with decision makers at large and medium-sized companies in Sweden and worldwide. The dialogue takes place by telephone, where you tailor the best solution to the customer's needs and guide them in the sales process.

The most important tasks

Research into companies, acquisition and follow-up on leads

Continuous analysis of the business environment – new press releases, what products are about to be launched, what world events are affecting the industry, etc.

Sales calls (inbound and outbound)

Research and analysis of potential clients' industries/services

Offer tailor-made solutions in print and online

Follow-up conversations and after sales

Who are we looking for?

To be a good fit with them, you must share these values and be willing to do the work required – because good sales results are no accident. You preferably have experience in sales, specific experience with media sales is not required. The important thing is instead that you – like them – look for solutions for customers and close deals that are successful for both the company and the customer.

  • Aiming for the top and working hard to reach set goals and budget.
  • Works independently to solve different tasks and has a structured way of working.
  • Are stress-resistant and have a positive energy that you are happy to share - cooperation is a prerequisite for success.
  • A merit is if you have previous experience in sales, other relevant work experience or post-secondary education.

During your first week on the job, you will be introduced to the team, with dedicated Business Developers as your closest colleagues and mentor. You will be trained in their products, sales techniques, campaign research and start conducting your first customer conversations. What happens next is completely up to you. They offer rapid career progression for those who are ambitious and encourage a career within the company – here you are the one setting the bar.
