What you will be doing...

As a Customer Relations Officer you are responsible for improving and monitoring Complaints and Responsible Gaming areas. Your focused KPI's are working towards decreasing complaint handling times, assist with employee satisfaction, increases and monitor customer satisfaction and retention. You will take on board our customer’s feedback and go the extra mile to work towards retention and retaining customers, working closely with our customer service specialists.

Specific responsibilities...

  • Dealing with customers in a timely manner via email.
  • Owning and handling all customer complaints across all brands and markets with main focus on Sweden. 
  • Providing feedback to relevant teams/customer support when necessary.
  • Carry out 1-1 meetings and coaching sessions within Customer Support.
  • Logging all complaints correctly in Oracle.
  • Handling 3rd Party Data Requests.
  • Handling GDPR requests, working within a strict deadline.
  • Working and liaising with all departments across the business when carrying out investigations.
  • Support in keeping the customer at the heart of our business.
  • Working shifts and weekends when required.

What we would like to see from you...

  • Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to write reports, hold presentations, keep records and work within a budget.
  • Ability to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up and ensure a resolution.
  • Proven ability to identify and asses’ customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships of trust with our customers through your communication.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile in engaging with your customers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time.
  • Pro-Activeness and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Clear thinking, planning and problem solving.
